Functional self-defense for Teens and Adults with any level of experience. Required equipment: Boxing Gloves, MMA Gloves, Shin Guards, Mouth Guard, Groin Protection.
30 min circuit training on heavy bags, featuring conditioning and bodyweight strength training mixed in with striking for a full body workout. No experience necessary, self regulated as instructor guides and motivates.
30 min HIIT-style workout. Functional training using plyometrics, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and more to maximize cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength in minimal time. No experience necessary. Included with Off the Mat memberships. On the Mat allows 4x per month unless Boost is added.

Depending on weekly theme, classes will be broken into two segments of pad striking, light contact drills, or sparring. Moderate experience recommended but not required. Functional self-defense for Teen and Adult students working towards earning their Foundations and Level 1 ranks in Defensive Options.
A class dedicated to specifically working on the ground in a grappling scenario. Pulling heavily from BJJ and wrestling, training is particularly programmed to create better awareness of space and energy in order to gain or regain control for more functional street application. Previous experience not necessary. Open to Teens and Adults. Required Equipment: Mouth Guard
