A dedicated class geared toward the teenage student (12/13 -15/16 years old). Students follow the Adult Krav [Defensive Options] curriculum mixed in with elements from kickboxing and BJJ classes, but with their peers in a more school-appropriate application. Teen students may still train in other adult classes but are expected to participate in at least one teen class per week.

30 min circuit training on heavy bags, featuring conditioning and bodyweight strength training mixed in with striking for a full body workout. No experience necessary, self regulated as instructor guides and motivates.
Functional self-defense for Teens and Adults with any level of experience. Required equipment: Boxing Gloves, MMA Gloves, Shin Guards, Mouth Guard, Groin Protection.
45 min of functional strength and conditioning through various weights and apparatuses including kettlebells, dumbbells, trx straps, battle ropes, medicine balls, and more. Open to Teen and Adults. No previous experience necessary. Included with all adult memberships.
