Defensive Options® Rank Testing
Level 1 Rank Test
Students in Defensive Options (Teen and Adults) who have received Foundations ranking and have been training for 4-6 months or more are eligible to test. Skills being tested are exclusive to the Levels 1 and 2 blocks of the Defensive Options Rank Path.

Level 2 / 3 / 4 Rank Test
Students in Defensive Options (Teen and Adults) who have reached eligibility to test for Levels 3 or 4 will go through a separate testing procedure. Skills being tested are not exclusive to the Levels 3 and 4 blocks of the Defensive Options Rank Path, as students must be able to perform anything leading up to these levels.
