Nunchucks Workshop

An introduction to one of the most well-known traditional weapons in martial arts. The nunchukku is ripe with history dated back over 1,000 years with very little evolution in its construction. From its origins as a mundane farm tool to use transformation into pop culture (Ninja Turtles and Bruce Lee), students will learn how to coordinate and manipulate physics with a fun and engaging lesson that will become the foundation for more training in the future. 

Open to Kids (5+ years old), Teens, and Adults. Members & Non-Members. No previous experience is necessary.
